In 4.0 Era, digital transformation is the international absolute goal. In Vietnam, 2023 is considered as the year of digitalization with the sturdy development of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, AI, IoT… During the development process of our country’s digital government, economy, society… establishing a secure and reliable cyber space for the government, enterprises, and citizens play an important role. And it is the fundamental, survival criterion to ensure the success of our nation’s digital transformation.
With this context, the annual Conference and Exhibition “Vietnam Cyber Security Day 2023” will be held on November 30th, 2023 (Thursday) with onsite and online, main point in Hanoi with the participation of 100-200 guests (depending on the current situation). Theme of the conference is “Establish secure cyberspace promote the construction and exploitation of digital data in Vietnam”. This event is expected to be a major, national level forum and an attraction point for all international, domestic stakeholders, communities in the field of cybersecurity.
Notably, given the urgency of the theme, this year’s event expected shall be attended and remarked by Vietnamese government leader.
The conference will focus on analyzing the government’s vison and orientation on strengthening cyber security in Vietnam; policies, situation, needs for application and development of technologies, cyber security solutions for digital transformation in Vietnam.
The conference will be attended by 30 speakers participated in presentation and discussion session. The Organizing Committee might set up the Exhibition at the main point if permitted.
It is estimated that nearly 1000 guests attend the conference will attend the conference directly at the Hall (Melia Hanoi hotel). And more than 1500 guests are expected to follow the content of seminars and exhibitions through the event website and social networks. Attendees will be invited by the Organizing Committee with information to connect to the Online Conference rooms.
In addition to the key venue in Hanoi, the Conference also sets up points at Departments of Information and Communications of provinces and cities, IT units of ministries and branches and some points in ASEAN countries (each point may have some participants). The points are connected through online conference rooms (Morning Plenary Conference Room and Afternoon Session Rooms).
At the same time, the conference content will be broadcast live on the website, fanpages, YouTube channel and some other IT applications of the event (English and Vietnamese channels).
Conference – Exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications, organized by the Vietnam Information Security Association in collaboration with the Authority of Information Security. This is also the 16th year that the Vietnam Cyber Security Day Conference is held annually in Vietnam.
